About Us
In 2014 the Junction Climbing Centre opened in London’s Old East Village, with the goal of bringing to London a full service climbing gym equal to any in the province. With soaring walls in a bright, modern space, the Junction quickly established itself as the hub of a vibrant community. As this community grew Junction’s bouldering terrain was no longer large enough for its climbers, and so we set out to create a space which would give the boulderers of London new and bigger challenges.
After 4 years of searching we found a former youth play centre with everything we needed. Located in London’s northwest neighbourhood of Hyde Park it offers high ceilings, tons of windows, lots of parking, even air conditioning. We again turned to Walltopia, the world’s leading climbing wall designers, to create a stunning and challenging walls. J2 Bouldering opened May in 2022, a new generation of climbing for the new generation of climbers. Come check us out.

In alignment with our belief that indoor climbing should be as inclusive as possible to all persons, the Junction Climbing Centre is committed to ensuring equitable access for people with disabilities to our facilities and sport. Through our actions, words, equipment, and infrastructure, we will strive to prevent or remove barriers to participation by persons with disabilities, to ensure that the experience of all climbers is one of dignity and independence, and to meet our accessibility requirements under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
